For some reason both New Labour candidate Celia Barlow and outgoing MP, Ivor “Oh, What A Lovely War” Caplin the junior minister for politically expedient genocide, were both at the polling station hanging around the polling booths. Just what for I couldn’t work out, they certainly weren’t engaging with the voters.
