New ID Cards Pledge
The “I will refuse to register for an ID card but only if 3,000,000 people will sign up” pledge has been withdrawn and replaced with another one requiring less signatories but additionally requiring a small cash outlay:
Sold. Get over there and stick your John Hancock down.
