Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) today will hand-deliver to the White House a petition signed by 105 members of Congress and more than 540,000 Americans demanding that President Bush provide a detailed response to the smoking gun evidence in the Downing Street memos of deceptions about the war in Iraq.
