Note To Self

My bloody router blacklisted Blogger again after I restarted it yesterday - the “Black List Defense”. This post is just a note of the instructions to sort it out if it happens again - it’s just taken me two hours to find them again on Google - so I can come straight to it again.

1. Go to the DOS prompt and type the following
2. telnet 192.168.2.1
3. Username = admin
4. Password = password set to access the router config.
5. Type firewal set IDS blacklist disable
6. Close window

    Hi,
I have a Belkin router, it kept pestering me with putting into blacklist genuinely correct URLs. Tried your workaround it works.
CAREFUL: the command line to type should read : firewall set IDS blacklist disable
NOT firewal set IDS blacklist disable
