Never forget that it was the US who spirited Mengistu to Zimbabwe where he still lives in some style c/o MR M for Murder.
It was Mengistu’s favourite trick to get victims to lie down and then bid his Russian T 44’s (?) to drive over them.
Apart from the average, rape, torture, genocide etc., The State Dept have had plenty of practice, Darfur is a home run.
