Murder in Samarkand Redux

Further to Craig Murray’s book being released this week, lawyers for the Foreign Office have instructed Craig to take down the documents from his website that support the assertions he makes in the book or face legal action. As Craig says of the documents:

They do I believe include the real smoking gun on Britain’s, and the CIA’s, use of intelligence obtained by torture abroad.

You can read them (including the document that details the changes the Foreign Office requested be made to the initial manuscript) on Craig’s website. They’re also mirrored here and here.
