WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOOOOOOOOW That were great. Say what you like about Gorgeous George, he can really tell it like it is. Hope she went and had a good cry. She deserves one.

To be fair to the wee lassie, she didn’t roll over and play dead – which is hardly surprising since if she agreed with GG she would be looking for new employment.

The problem is, as GG said, is complex
that goes back to WW 1 and whose history since WWII is requires a knowledge which few viwers (let alone pretty Sky Reporters) have absorbed or understood.

I think GG is great , but he comes over as a hectoring, know all bully which acts against his cause.

He at least got over 9 minutes to get his remarks over, which is something. The debate of the century would be GG and the King of Karaoje, the midget Middle East “personal” envoy for the Dear Leader, the bouffant haired, stack heeled, musicologist Lord Levy of Colindale nick.

Now I would pay for ringside seats at that one.

Bollocks to Sky. What is Windows Media Player? What is Windows? Still there’s no the proverbial chance in hell I’d subscribe, so it’s not like they’ve lost a customer.

Bah, wasn’t concentrating when I posted, Leon. I think it’s what they call ‘post haste’.

Dave, git with the 21st Century, eh? And when are the comments arriving on your place?

No worries, to the windows complainer above, I see your point. I picked it up from Urban75.com. It would be cool if someone had ripped it/downloaded it and stuck it up on YouTube…

Whatever your personal views of the guy, every word he says rang true, what I’m surprised about is that Sky acted like the Israelis in this current crisis, in doing this interview without gaining the intelligence that this guy tore a new asshole in one Mr Coleman at a senate hearing a while back.

Well, I’ve got no truck with GG’s idiotic glorification of Hez, but that was a proper good interview. Hats off to the anchor, too, she took no shit from him either. It goes without saying that most of what he said was bang on.

Yeah, but minus a million points for that awful attempt at claiming the moral high-ground right at the end which allowed Galloway to mop up.

Someone said (maybe on the Pickled thing)that they thought maybe she was set-up for this. I dont think so. Its just that there is normally such a cosy consensus that media producers cant really cope with nor anticipate actual robust debate. She was obviously having things shouted in her ear and was just about holding it together. Great to see Sky getting totally mauled for the incompetent half-assed propagandists they are.

    Smoke and mirrors…

The wingnuts are furiously circle-jerking their way around a second lap of Reuters, having revealed that not one, but two photographs by Beirut-based freelance photographer Adnan Hajj had been altered. The picture that kicked this off is a staggering s…

I’m always happy to see a branch of Murdoch Media taking a pounding, even from a loathsome politician.
