    Trouble with this is the Jerry Springer tour stiffed, not because of the fundamentalists, but in spite of them. As ticket sales for the show failed to materialise despite the high cost of the show, venue mangers were nipping out to pray for some lunatic Christians to demonstrate outside their venue to get a page in the local newspaper. Neither the demos nor the ticket sales were remarkable. Methinks he protesteth a little too much.

    Even so, I’m not unsympathetic. The threatening of the cancer charity was despicable, for starters.
