Having a laugh

Via Bob Piper we get this classic example of doublethink: The BBC’s Daily Politics are having a vote to find the most popular peacetime prime minister.

And yes, he’s there. His potted bio includes:

He [...] took Britain to war in Afghanistan and Iraq [...]

This is a definition of peacetime which I’ve previously been unaware of. Were McDonalds’ lawyers involved?
