    As a Lib Dem I got an email from Ming Campbell, which has presumably gone out to all on the lib dem mailing list urging them to sign a petition on this subject. I’ll send you a copy of the email if you like.

    I got this from a reader, who wants her name kept out of it. She’s going to let me know what kind of further answer she gets.

    The MP I still consider ‘mine’ makes if fairly clear where he stands on his MySpace blog (really must finish that template for him), I’ll email the temporary MP when I get the chance.

    I’ve also copied the letter he sent to both the FCO and Home Office.
