BBC News: SFO unlawful in ending BAE probe

Very good news:

The High Court has ruled that the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) acted unlawfully by dropping a corruption probe into a £43bn Saudi arms deal.

    Since the Ministry of Justice has never been much prone to qualms about acting unlawfully, I should think the ruling will be read with an amused sneer and filed in the latest volume of Mildly Annoying Judicial Nitpicks.
