		<description>I don&#039;t expect to see ANY person held for longer than 28 days to be released without charge.  I believe that this government, and any realistic future governments, would rather spend far more money pursuing unwinnable prosecutions, or vindictively prosecuting people held for 28 days plus with relatively trivial offences, than they would endure the embarrassment of compensating &#039;terrorsists&#039;.</description>
