Guide to Political Knobs 2008-9: Vote for your Bottom Ten Blogs

I’m thinking of publishing a directory of blogs that really, really get on people’s wicks. You know, the British blogosphere’s biggest lying, hypocritical, inarticulate, mistaking education for intelligence, cutting and pasting, overly-sensitive, sewer not the sewage, phone you at home, self-aggrandising, litigious, crashingly mediocre, mawkish, cod-intellectual, intellectually and morally cowardly, drink driving, sex-bragging, homophobic, finger-sniffing cocks.

Vote now!

(I’ll get a mate to vote me in at Number Three.)

    1. How many votes do we get and how long do we have to think about it?

    2. Voting under comments, via email, or over drinks?

    3. How does one go about nominating an independent auditor of the votes if one wishes to be thorough about such things? We’ll want everything to be open and transparent, won’t we?

    4. You’ll take 2nd place and like it.

      1. Who said anything about thinking about it? Vote how ever many times you like. I never claimed I was going to be scientific about it.

      2. In the back of a car driven by a drunken libertarian. Anybody getting more than 12 points is disqualified.

      3. Are you a Communist? Admit it. Open is for doors, transparency is for windows. I have to go on holiday now.

      4. 2nd? The only reason I won’t get 1st is because you covet it for yourself. Don’t cross me, Ireland. We’re perfidious left-wingers, remember? It’s only a matter of time before we want to kill each other. We’re not like right-wingers who’ll tolerate any and all kinds of shit from each other.

Tim and Justin: you guys should write a sketch of that dialogue, I’ll play Tim and I’ll get me mate Tom to play Justin. It’ll be a hit I tell you!
