However, lets not forget who it was that introduced RIPA and left the gate open for David Davies. Questions need to be raised as to the commitment to civil liberties of a government, a political party, MP's, local councillors and party activists who intorduce and support anti-civil liberties laws to the extent that tory ministers can occupy that space. A night on the tiles says that Bob Pipers New Labour Party MP's will either support this amendment in full or some amended version of it. Fair comment.
