		<description>He might have a point there... a lot of conflicts go on not because the original casus belli still exists, but because too many players have too much to lose from the end of the conflict. War&#039;s good for some people (not most). It&#039;s profitable, status-enhancing and often great fun. As an alternative to subsistence farming there&#039;s a lot to be said for it.</description>
